Rochelle Pompey has been selected as the Troup County Teacher of the Year. Pompey, a third-grade teacher at Whitesville Road Elementary School, is shown with School Superintendent Dr. Edwin Smith.She will now represent Troup County at the Georgia Teacher of the Year competition.
